  It's a great Tim's when Nathan is managing! otherwise its horrible. Seems that if he is not there the drive threw takes way longer then it should. We get coffee when we ask for tea, the amounts of sugar/cream are wrong, and the manager ''Jhem'' has a very SNARKY attitude towards the fact that there constantly seems to be the same mistakes over and over . I do not take anything free when my orders are not right, as I do not care for the product after I have already been talked to like an idiot for having to point out the same old mistakes! So sadly after going there since opening day, My family will not go there again after this mornings episode.

  This has to be the worst Tim Hortons in Canada. My husband comutes and refuses to stop there. Service is beyond slow and employees are not welcoming. This place needs an to be retrained as a franchise operation. Undercover boss!

  I love Tim Hortons, your foods great and your management is superb. The best employee you have is Jason, he has such a bubbly personality and working an after school job as a teenager is hard work he could be playing videogames instead he works here and if he didn't you would be sorry, I think this young man deserves a raise
